About our company

We believe that “Dining with someone is the starting point of communication between people,” and we will contribute to the development of traditional Japanese sake and food culture by spreading it around the world.

We have started as a school to provide professional courses of table coordination in 1992 at Harajuku, Shibuya city in Tokyo, Japan. As our activities expanded, we have gained an international network and developed into an information base that spreads Japanese sake and food culture.

In 2014, we launched a new platform called “Sake on the Table” to provide opportunities to experience Japanese culture and the charm of each region through sake and food, which continues to this day.

We hope to contribute to the development of global food culture, too by providing people all over the world with the opportunity to experience Japanese sake and food culture.
